To act on their behalf executing and administering the daily operational requirements of the Owners Corporation (Residential) and Stockland (Non-Residential), each has an appointed Strata Manager. For consistency and economy across all Lots of Cammeray Square scheme, both employ the same Strata Manager - BCS Body Corporate Services.
All enquiries regarding Cammeray Square, its facilities, operations and maintenance thereof, in the first instance, should be directed to the Strata Manager - BCS Body Corporate Services.
