    Just steps from Cammeray Square on Miller Street are even more shops, cafes and restaurants as well as a Post Office, newsagent, petrol station, school and Bus Services to the CBD and all the North Shore’s prime locations.

    On the sporting front Cammeray boasts many excellent facilities – golf, tennis, bowls, cricket, croquet, football and other activities. The North Sydney Leagues Club, with its modern gymnasium and exercise pool is a stone’s throw away whilst a short stroll south along Miller Street brings you to the North Sydney Anzac Memorial Club and North Sydney Oval.

    For more leisurely pastimes and all within walking distance of Cammeray Square, are numerous public parks – Cammeray Park, Anderson Park, Primrose Park, St. Leonards Park and Tunks Park – many of which regularly host live entertainment, concerts, festivals and other community events.

    North Sydney Markets are held monthly in Civic Park, Miller Street, offering a wonderful range of locally made goods, food and farm-fresh produce. In summer, every Friday evening, the ‘Twilight Food Fair’ in Civic Park is a must.

    Stanton Library, next to Civic Park and North Sydney Council on Miller Street is one of the best stocked libraries in NSW.

    Churches of major denominations can also be found within easy walking distance.

    Transport

    Cammeray’s Bus Services take you to the CBD (just 8 minutes, no stops, in peak hour!) and directly to the major North Shore locations of North Sydney, Milsons Point, Crows Nest, Chatswood, Northbridge and all stops to Lindfield.
