A Guide for New Owners and Residents
Before you Move
Please provide a minimum of 7 days notice of your planned moving date and times (see Moving Times below) to the Strata Manager (BCS Body Corporate Services). This will allow time to organise access and advise other residents of your plans.
As well, please familiarise yourself with the following important requirements. You may also find it helpful to review the ‘Living’ and ‘Living Essentials’ sections of this website and to review the ‘Owners/Residents Handbook’.
Welcoming Support
Subject to availability, a member of the Executive Committee familiar with operations of Cammeray Square will be on hand to support and answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
Permitted Moving Times
To keep inconvenience to others to a minimum removals and deliveries may only be made at the following times:
Weekdays: 9.30am – 4.00pm
Saturdays: 8.00am – 1.00pmLift Protectors
Lift protectors must be used when moving in and out. Lift protectors are labelled and stored in a marked locker in the Residents’ Car Park. Please contact the Strata Manager for access to these.
Lift Operation – Keys
Lift doors must not be held open without use of a lift key as otherwise the control mechanism will be damaged. To arrange for a lidt key please contact the Strata Manager.
Other Responsibilities
Please note that Owners, Residents and their Agents are fully responsible for:
- returning lift protectors and lift keys
- ensuring all common property areas used, including lifts, are left in a clean and tidy state – free of all packing materials and rubbish

After You Move in
Please register with us either on-line here or using the Owner/Resident Registration Form, to advise us of your emergency contact details. On registration Owners will be provided with a password allowing them access to information in the protected Owners Access area.
Once settled in, please come down to ‘Wild Sage’ one Friday evening and join your neighbours for ‘Residents’Happy Hour’. Always a fun occasion and a great way to catch up with what’s going on and who’s who!
