    Cammeray Square Website

    This website has been developed as a ‘first-port-of-call’ information centre for owners, residents and visitors of Cammeray Square. The site is regularly updated with latest news, notices and special announcements.

    Residents ‘Happy Hour’

    An enjoyable and informal way to keep in touch. Any Friday between 5.30 and 7.00pm just drop in at the Cicco Bar and join fellow residents for drinks, a snack and a chat!  Family and friends all welcome.

    Owners Corporation Meetings & Minutes

    Notices, Agendas and Minutes of the Owners Corporation Annual General Meetings (AGM’s), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM’s) and Executive Committee Meetings (ECM’s) are mailed to owners and posted on noticeboards.
    For owners, the website has a dedicated ‘Owners Access’ area with password access to current and past  minutes and notices. Passwords are issued to owners on receipt of a completed Owner/Resident Registration form.

    Noticeboards

    The main noticeboard for all notices, minutes and general news items is located in the Residents Car Park (B2 Level) in front of Building B lift entry. Additional notices are also  posted in lifts and at lift entrances.

    Mail

    As legally required, all strata correspondence will be mailed to the Lot Owner’s address at Cammeray Square.

    E-mail

    Other than where legally required, to help reduce communication costs and ultimately strata fees, e-mail is the preferred form of communication.  Owners and residents are therefore encouraged to register their details with the Owners Corporation using the online  Owner/Resident Registration facility or mailing a Registration Form to the Secretary, Owners Corporation SP81068, 11 Amherst Street,  Cammeray,  NSW 2062.

    Residents Handbook

    For those who prefer ‘hard copy’ a Residents’ Handbook, which sets out the essential items and important information to support living in the ‘Square’, is available from the ‘Links & Downloads’ section.  Alternatively you may email your request to the Secretary, Owners Corporation at secretary@cammeraysquare.com.au.
