  • Lift and Locations

    There are four lifts serving the residential strata: Building A, Building B, Building D North and Building D South.  Except Building B which is accessed from Miller Street the remainder are accessed from the plaza.  Diagrams of  lift locations can be found at the Residents’ Car Park level or in the Resident’s Handbook.

    Lift Care

    Lifts are our most costly mechanical equipment – expensive to service and maintain – with costs significantly impacting strata levies.  Observing the following procedures when using the lifts will help minimise costs and inconvenience to all.

    Lift Keys

    Lift doors must not be held open without use of a lift key. If not adhered to the lift control mechanism will be damaged. A lift key may be obtained by contacting the Strata Manager.

    Lift Protectors

    To avoid knocks and dents Lift Protectors must be used at all times when moving in or out or when moving any substantial items. Lift protectors are labelled and housed in the designated ‘bike locker’ near D-South Lift in the B2 (Residents’ Car Park).  Contact the Strata Manager for the lock code.   See also ‘Moving In/Out’ guidelines.
