  • Apartment Door Keys

    The door keys to your apartment are your personal property and for security and privacy no master door keys exist.  Should you lose your keys or find you have locked yourself out of your apartment you will have to engage a locksmith or obtain a replacement set from the authorised locksmith. Your keys will also open the front door to your building, the street level fire stairs door, the street level door leading down to the B2 car park and the door into the car park.

    Replacement/Additional Keys

    Replacement or additional keys may only be obtained from the authorised locksmith.  For added security the contact details for the authorised locksmith are not given here but will be supplied to you on identifying yourself to the Strata Manager.
    The authorised locksmith will cut a new key and secure mail it to you on providing written evidence of apartment ownership.

    Replacement/Additional Proximity Tags

    Replacement proximity tags (grey tags) can obtained from the Strata Manager on lodging a cash deposit.

    Replacement Car Park Tags

    Additional tags over and above your original allocation are not permitted, nor are your tags to be used by anyone other than a bona fide resident. When finally vacating your apartment the tags must be returned for de-activation. Tags not returned or lost  will be de-activated. Replacements may be acquired on application to the Strata Manager.
