Executive Committee

  • Purpose

    The overarching goal of the SP81068 Owners Corporation Executive Committee (EC) is to cost-effectively safeguard and enhance the interests of apartment (Lot) owners and the premium lifestyle of all who reside at Cammeray Square.

    Structure & Roles

    The Executive Committee comprises seven (7) owner elected members including Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary roles. To focus on specific areas a number of Sub-Committees have been formed. EC and Sub-Comittees meet regularly to evaluate and decide on all matters affecting the efficient operation, appearance and maintenance of all the residential ‘Common Property’ strata facilities. Further, it is mandated to ensure compliance with the requirements of both the By-Laws and the Strata Management Statement (SMS).

    The Executive Committee also provides the critical position of Owners Corporation representative at the BMC where all issues of facilities shared with the ‘non-residential’ components of the scheme are managed.

    Meetings

    An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held for the election of EC members and from time to time an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) may also be held to address matters of urgency. All owners and residents are encouraged to participate in these important events.

    Copies of Notices, Agendas and Minutes of all ‘EC’ meetings are distributed by mail to all owners. They are also available to registered owners to view/download via the Owners Access Area.
