  • By-Laws & Strata Management Statement

    All five ’Lots’ or components of Cammeray Square are governed by a registered Strata Management Statement (‘SMS’) which sets out the parameters for the operation of the entire scheme. Under that, the SP 81068 By-Laws govern the Lot 1 or Residential component. Both of these enforceable instruments are there to ensure that the highest standard of living and quality of life are maintained for all who live in and use ‘The Square’.

    As an apartment owner or resident you should ensure you are familiar with both the SMS and the SP 80168 By-Laws. Copies of these can be viewed or downloaded via the links above or from the ‘Downloads & Links’ tab.

    Architectural Code

    Of particularly note and interest to everyone should be the Architectural Code section which exists to preserve the design integrity and architectural quality of Cammeray Square and is key to upholding property values for owners.

    Plaza Courtesies

    Please also note that the Plaza in Cammeray Square is part of a mixed-use development within which certain conditions apply for the comfort and safe enjoyment of the area by the public and residents.  Prohibited are: Ball games, Bicycles, Scooters, Motorcycles Skate boards, Roller blades, Smoking and excessive noise.
    As a courtesy to all, observation of these conditions is appreciated.
