    All five Lots of Cammeray Square come together as one ‘Scheme’ which is overall managed by a Building Management Committee (‘BMC’) according to the binding requirements of a registered Strata Management Statement (‘SMS’). An important part of this is the Architectural Code that exists to preserve the premium nature and value of the development.

    Purpose

    The prime focus of BMC covers the timely and cost effective operation, presentation and preservation of all shared facilities.  The BMC meets regularly – usually fortnightly – to address issues and opportunities to maintain and enhance the whole of the scheme for the benefit of the Cammeray Square community.

    Voting

    Each of the five Lots appoints a representative to the BMC. Within the BMC Lot 1 Residential currently holds 53% of voting rights with Lots 2-5, Stockland, the balance.
